Cofinda Guide

Find what's missing.

Cofinda helps football sticker collectors find reciprocal swaps — where you have stickers another collector needs, and they have stickers you need.

Instead of comparing lists manually, Cofinda looks across collections and shows you swaps that can move both collectors closer to completing their album.

The current pilot supports the Panini FIFA World Cup 2026 Sticker Album. Cofinda is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Panini or FIFA.

What Cofinda does

Cofinda keeps a record of the stickers you own and the ones you still need, then finds other collectors where a two-way swap makes sense for both of you.

You never browse someone else's collection. Cofinda simply shows you swaps that work, and you decide whether to go ahead.

Getting started

  • You must be aged 18 or over to use Cofinda.
  • Create an account with your email address and a password.
  • Confirm the Cofinda Pilot Terms when you sign up.
  • Verify your email address if you are asked to.
  • Complete your profile and delivery details.
  • Then add your collection in the Album.

An adult may manage a child's collection, but the adult owns and controls the account and is responsible for all trades made through it.

Adding your collection

Open Album, choose a section or team, then use the + and buttons to set how many of each sticker you have.

  • Press “Save section” to keep your changes.
  • Unsaved changes are not permanent until you save them.

If you try to leave a section with unsaved changes, Cofinda offers you:

  • Save and leave
  • Discard and leave
  • Stay here

Understanding quantities

Every sticker in the album has a quantity:

  • 0 = Missing
  • 1 = Owned
  • 2 or more = Duplicate / available to swap

Cofinda uses these quantities to work out reciprocal matches, so keeping them accurate is the single most useful thing you can do. If your numbers drift, your matches will too.

Bulk updating your album

Bulk update on the Album page is the quickest way to load a large collection for the first time, or to make lots of changes at once. You can paste your collection data directly, or upload a CSV file.

  • Sticker references must be valid for the supported album.
  • Quantities must be whole numbers.
  • Quantities can be anywhere from 0 to 99.
  • Merge updates only the references you submit and leaves everything else as it is.
  • Replace replaces your saved collection for that album with the imported data.

Use Replace carefully — stickers not included in the replacement data may be removed from your saved collection.

Cofinda shows you a preview before anything is applied, so you can check it first.

How matches work

Cofinda only shows reciprocal, two-way swaps. A match exists when:

  • another collector has a duplicate of something you are missing; and
  • you have a duplicate of something they are missing.

You cannot browse another collector's full collection. Cofinda works out the possible swap for you, and includes one copy per sticker reference in a trade.

Matches are a live picture. If you or the other collector updates a collection, the match may change or disappear.

Minimum trade size

You can set a minimum trade size in Profile. Cofinda normally prioritises swaps where the number of stickers you receive meets both collectors' minimums.

Some smaller swaps may still appear where:

  • an explicit override is available; or
  • the trade helps complete a collection.

The minimum is a preference, not a guarantee.

Proposing a swap

  • Open Matches on the Trades page.
  • Review exactly what you would receive and what you would send.
  • Check the other collector’s trust score.
  • Check whether the trade is uneven or below your minimum.
  • Press the proposal button shown on the match.

The other collector must accept before the swap becomes active. Proposing does not remove anything from your album — your stickers stay yours until the trade reaches the later stages.

Incoming proposals

Incoming proposals are swaps another collector has offered to you. You can review the stickers involved, see whether the swap is uneven, and then accept or decline.

Once you accept, the trade becomes active.

Uneven trades

Cofinda allows swaps where one collector sends more stickers than the other. These are clearly marked so there are no surprises.

Only accept an uneven trade if you are comfortable with it. No money or payment is involved in any Cofinda swap.

Accepted trades

  • The agreed stickers are reserved for the trade.
  • The trade appears under Active.
  • Both collectors can see the delivery details needed to send their package.
  • Both collectors post independently — you do not have to wait for each other.

An accepted or posted trade should be treated as a genuine commitment to complete the swap.

Delivery details

Your delivery address is never shown:

  • publicly;
  • in your profile to other collectors;
  • before a trade is accepted.

It becomes available only to the other participant while a trade is Accepted or Posted. Once the trade reaches Completed or Partially received, Cofinda no longer allows the other collector to retrieve the address through that trade.

Only use another collector's delivery address to send the stickers for that Cofinda trade.

Print dispatch sheet

On an active trade you can print a dispatch sheet. It brings together the recipient's delivery details and the exact stickers you are sending, so you can prepare and check the package before it goes in the post.

Cofinda does not buy postage or provide tracking — the dispatch sheet is simply a checklist for you.

Posting your stickers

Once you have physically posted your package, press “Mark my package as posted”.

  • Only press this after you have actually posted the package.
  • Cofinda then deducts the outgoing copies from your saved collection.
  • Each collector marks their own package independently.
  • The trade becomes Posted once both sides have marked their packages posted.

Cofinda does not provide postage, tracking or insurance during the pilot.

Receiving and checking stickers

Receipt can only be checked once both packages have been posted. For every expected sticker, record one of:

  • Received
  • Missing
  • Incorrect
  • Damaged
  • Every expected sticker must be reviewed before the trade can finish.
  • Only stickers marked Received are added to your collection automatically.
  • Please report outcomes accurately — other collectors rely on it.

Completed and partially received trades

Completed — both collectors have reviewed their packages and every sticker was received correctly.

Partially received — both sides have completed their review, but at least one sticker was reported Missing, Incorrect or Damaged.

Both appear under Completed in the Trades navigation, because both are finished trades.

Trust score and completed trades

Your trust score is based on recorded trade outcomes, not opinions or reviews.

  • New collectors start with a trust score of 80.
  • A fulfilled sticker outcome: +1
  • A damaged outcome: −2
  • A missing or incorrect outcome: −5
  • Trust always stays between 0 and 100.

Trades completed is a separate measure of experience. Each closed trade counts as one completed trade, whether or not every sticker arrived correctly.

When a proposal disappears or is cancelled

A proposed trade may move to Closed automatically, shown as “Cancelled — collection changed”. This happens when a collection changes after the proposal was created and the original swap is no longer valid. For example:

  • a duplicate needed for the swap is no longer available;
  • the recipient now owns a sticker they previously needed.

This protects both collectors from accepting an outdated proposal.

Trades page sections

  • Matches — reciprocal swaps Cofinda has currently found.
  • Incoming — proposals waiting for your decision.
  • Outgoing — proposals you sent that are waiting for the other collector.
  • Active — accepted and posted trades still in progress.
  • Completed — finished trades, including partially received trades.
  • Closed — declined proposals and cancelled proposals.

Section counts show how many items are currently in that section. A blue activity dot means there is new or unseen activity that needs your attention.

Exporting your album data

Choose Export album data on the Album page to download a CSV backup of your collection. The export covers the full supported album and includes:

  • sticker reference
  • section
  • quantity
  • status

Status is one of Missing, Owned or Duplicate.

The export is collection data only. It does not include your email address, delivery address, trades or trust history.

Updating your profile

In Profile you can manage:

  • your display name;
  • your minimum trade size;
  • your delivery details.

Your email address is never shown to other collectors.

Children and adult-managed collections

Cofinda accounts are for adults. An adult may manage a child's collection, but the account belongs to the adult, who is responsible for every trade made through it, including what is posted and received.

Privacy and delivery addresses

Your delivery address is only ever shared with the collector you are actively trading with, and only while that trade is Accepted or Posted. Other collectors see your display name and trust score.

For full detail, read the Privacy Notice.

Password recovery

  • Choose “Forgot password?” on the Sign in screen.
  • Enter the email address you signed up with.
  • Follow the reset link we email you.
  • Choose a new password.

Reset links can expire. If yours no longer works, simply request a new one from the Sign in screen.

Suspended accounts

Cofinda may suspend an account where that is needed for safety, misuse, or serious breaches of the Pilot Terms. While an account is suspended:

  • collection changes are blocked;
  • matching and trading are blocked;
  • active trades are frozen;
  • existing history is preserved.

If you believe your account was suspended incorrectly, contact us at cofinda@fracta.studio.

Leaving Cofinda / account deletion

During the pilot, account deletion is handled by contacting cofinda@fracta.studio.

  • Your personal and account details will be removed or anonymised where reasonably possible.
  • Your sign-in access will be deleted.
  • Limited, anonymised trade history may be kept where it is needed to preserve trade integrity, security or legal records.

Pilot limitations

Cofinda does not currently provide:

  • buying or selling;
  • payments;
  • private messaging;
  • postage purchase;
  • postal tracking;
  • insurance;
  • public reviews;
  • multi-person swaps;
